I'm Chrysti, and this is my story

Hey guys!! I am so excited to be working with you to reach your goals! Before getting started I’ll tell you a little bit about myself. I was born and raised in Brazil and moved out to LA at the age of 8. Growing up I was always very active, I tried various sports, and by middle school, I was competing on a dance team. By the time high school came around I got very busy with schoolwork and started gaining weight. Freshman year I joined Gold’s Gym and that’s where it all began. Since then I became obsessed with finding out the different ways I could manipulate my body. Gain muscle, lose fat, shred as much as possible. I can't wait to share my knowledge and experience with you all as we train in the gym and reach our fitness goals!
